Aircraft Jacks

AircraftGSE is proud to present it's new line of Aircraft Jacks. As pilots and A&P's ourselves, we at AircraftGSE were tired of the "same-old" design when it came to aircraft jacks, and we were also tired of not having any variety in the choice of designs offered to us by other manufacturers. We found ourselves asking each other "why doesn't anyone offer a better design for rolling the jacks around, or make them lighter". After a while it became apparent we had designed our own version of aircraft jack simply from our multitude of suggestions, a design which answered all the "questions" we as pilots and A&P's had been asking.

All of our Jacks are constructed from tubular steel to provide exceptional strength yet reduce the overall weight tremendously as compared to many of the other jack products currently on the market.

Each is finished with a durable powder-coat paint process in a Safety Yellow color.

The maximum weight which can be lifted is clearly marked on each jack stand.

All models come complete with 3" wheels (swivel 360 degrees) which retract automatically as weight is applied to the jack itself. This is completely automated so all you have to do is roll the jack into position and begin lifting. Once you're done, just lower the jack piston and roll it out of the way.

Each model also comes with a jack-cylinder handle holder. This isn't a big item, but rather, one of many little items which add up to make what we feel is a high-quality product.

Our Safety device is a two-piece clamp-on collar. Since the collar grips the ram itself you must ensure the collar is tightened firmly around the ram to prevent slipping.

Lastly, each jack cylinder comes already countersunk at the top of the piston to allow mating to the small nubbins/nipples which are located on many aircraft as lift points.
